Mr. Chabayanzara himself fell in similar traps of studying and spending money to earn degrees from unaccredited universities. The sheer effort and toil it took to dig himself out of the rut in which he was unfairly thrown inspired him to protect his fellow budding students and professionals by making sure they don’t encounter the same pitfalls in their path.
He founded the MEC in 2016, and ever since has aided several students have a clean, efficient, and safe academic and professional career without losing time, money, and effort in institutions that cannot support them in realizing their dreams.
Mr. Chabayanzara holds an MBA from the University of Stafford. His aim is to bring empowerment to all Africans through economic growth and financial emancipation. Mr. Chabayanzara’s focus is on Thought Leadership as well as proper HR policy for workforce empowerment and support.
Until 2012 he was the Academic Programs Manager at the African Intellectual Resources, Johannesburg.
DR SYDNEY MUKWESHA
DR SYDNEY MUKWESHA
Dr. Mukwesha holds a PhD in Education with a focus on Inclusive Education for people with disabilities.
Dr. Mukwesha has been a Principal Lecturer in the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education of Zimbabwe since 1997 and has worked on several projects and theories regarding Inclusivity in Education, Giftedness and Holistic Approaches in Pedagogy.
DR OLIVER CHIGARIRO
Dr. Oliver Chigariro holds a PhD in Social Work with a focus in charities and programs involving child welfare, child sponsorship and support for orphaned and vulnerable children. He is a Child Protection specialist and accomplished trainer.
With a Post Doctorate Certificate in Leadership in International Development, Dr. Chigariro is an expert in advising and guiding youth to their chosen career path.
